Customized name mattes
At the completion of the order you will receive a confirmation email. Please put any comments and requested names for customization into that email and hit reply.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Charges for shipping and handling vary from $5 to $9 per item. This includes the complete frame, matte and glass.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow two to three weeks for delivery on all orders.
How is it sent?
Via U.S. mail or UPS. All orders are well packaged and guaranteed to arrive in top condition.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Just call or email us with the details and return the damaged goods; we will replace the item(s) at no charge.
Do you handle special orders?
All mattes can be custom-engraved for a $10 fee per matte.
